In an effort to maintain property values, the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions require that exterior changes be approved by the Architectural Review Committee prior to commencing work. This evaluation addresses architectural harmony, color, location, minimum construction standards and use restrictions.

When you have completed the ARC form it can be mailed to millerk@keystonepacific.com. Kelly and her staff will review the submission for any errors or omissions, then forward it to the committee for their approval. Attach any supporting documentation to the same email.

Paint Requests

When submitting a Paint Request you must specify the colors you are going to be painting the following 5 areas:

• Body
• Garage Door
• Front Door
• Trim
• Accents

Replacing your Roof

Drip Edge/Flashing must be painted to match the exact same color of the existing house trim.
